Please read the following terms of service carefully.

Welcome to Joy AI Inc. Before using our iOS and MacOS applications ("App"), please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use of the App, including but not limited to unauthorized access to our systems, is prohibited.

3. User Accounts

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the App are owned by Joy AI Inc. or our licensors.
  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content available on the App without our explicit consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time payment.
  • All payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or through our verified payment providers, and their terms and conditions may apply.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests can be made through the Apple App Store for App Store Purchases or via email at support@joyai.app for the Mac OS standalone license purchase and will be subject to the terms of this refund policy. Joy AI Inc. will consider refunds in cases of technical issues that prevent the use of the App, provided that all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue have been made.

  • All refund decisions will be made at the discretion of Joy AI Inc in compliance with the laws of The United States and the state of Wyoming.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Joy AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from using the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last six months.

8. Termination

  • Joy AI Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the App will cease immediately.

9. Prohibited Use

    Users agree not to engage in any activity that involves the generation or use of the following types of content:


  • Face Swaps, such as the creation and distribution of any images or videos that involve altering facial features, identities, or appearances through technolgoy we provide.

  • Deep Fakes, such as the production, dissemination, or use of any images or videos that are designed to falsely represent individuals or alter the perception of reality.

  • Voice Impersonations, such as the creation or use of audio content that impersonates an individual's voice, with the intent to deceive, mislead, or impersonate without explicit consent from the affected individual.

  • Copyrighted Content, such as the use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrighted images, videos, audio, and text, without appropriate authorization or legal right.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Joy AI Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute acceptance.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America and the state of Wyoming.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.
